As part of Queen Margaret University's ‘Being Innovative about Food Innovation’ Conference, SCAF will be hosting a panel discussion exploring the place of transdisciplinary research in food in the context of health, equity and sustainability. 

Experts from diverse fields will discuss how collaborative efforts across disciplines can drive breakthroughs in sustainability, nutrition, and food security, reshaping the future of our food system.

The panel discussion is at 3pm on Friday 14th June, Conference Close, The Halle Lecture Theatre.
