Wim Decock of Leuven to speak on the history of contract on 16 March.
Wim Decock, Professor in the Department of Roman Law and Legal History at the University of Leuven, will speak on 'Trust Beyond Faith: The Rise of a Trans-Confessional Law of Contract Before Grotius', in the Main Building of the University of Glasgow, Gilbert Scott Suite, Room 251, on 16 March 2016, at 5.00 p.m. All are welcome.
