RES-WELL has been developed by a team at UCL, with comments from Julie Riddell SPHSU and Susie Smillie

This is a fantastic piece of work by the team.  It has really valuable insights around the potential impacts of not putting in place policies to support Emotionally demanding work.  There are also a range of strategies and suggestions that individuals and those in more leadership positions can use when discussing and planning for this type of work.  There are also some key messages around the structural changes that ethics/ funding bodies can play a role in, in shifting the culture around recognition of the impact of this work.
