What can we do when we witness bullying, harassment or other inappropriate behaviour? A short online course developed by the UofG Equality and Diversity Unit can help us to understand the importance of taking action and the ways in which we can do so safely and effectively.

Both in and outside of work, we all have a responsibility to act when we see inappropriate behaviour including bullying and harassment.

It can be difficult to know what to say or do, and the best course of action often depends on the circumstances.

Please take time to complete the short Moodle course available as part of University of Glasgow's equality and diversity training resources.

This will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to intervene the next time you see inappropriate behaviour.

If you’ve experienced any of the issues or scenarios covered within this course, it may trigger intrusive thoughts or feelings and you may wish to speak to someone. If you are a member of staff you have access to PAM Assist. Students may contact the UofG Counselling and Psychological Service
