Dr Willie McGuire has been collaborating recently with Professor David Nicol from the Teaching Excellence Initiative of the Adam Smith Business School on improving feedback. They have a research assistant working currently on the MEd (Prof Prac) dissertation and they are trialling and expanding his recently published protocol against five areas often found to be problematic by students: search strategies, lit reviews, research design/methodology, ethics, and dissemination strategies. Upon completing the trial, they will be publishing the findings.
