Findings from Gillian Doyle’s latest project which investigates how strategies to exploit IPRs in TV content are changing have been published (online first) in Television & New Media in a new article on ‘Digitisation and Changing Windowing strategies in the Television Industry: Negotiating New Windows on the World’. This study, which forms part of the CREATe research programme (AH/K000179/1), examines how the rise of digital platforms and outlets whose footprints are diffuse and whose boundaries are porous is disrupting traditional windowing models.
