As you prepare for your exams and the revision cramming begins, remember it's so important to look after yourself and listen to your body.

Try to take a brief walk every 90 minutes or so, get some fresh air and clear your mind a little. Even if it feels hard to leave your desk you can benefit from doing a few stretches, in the library, in the JMS or just at home.  Stretching will improve your flexibility, keep you refreshed and improve your posture.
