The LGBTQ+ Staff Network have officially launched the University of Glasgow Pride Lanyards and Tote-Bags.

Carlo van den Heuvel, LGBTQ+ Staff Network Co-Chair, said: "We’re so excited to finally launch the pride lanyards and tote-bags! We first launched the Pride badge back in 2018, the feedback has been tremendous and has proven that it is important to raise LGBTQ+ visibility. We hope the new Pride lanyards and tote-bags will increase LGBTQ+ visibility around campus and create an inclusive workplace and study environment for LGBTQ+ students and staff members."

In their respective ways, these designs are representative of how LGBTQ+ inclusivity is an essential part of the University and its values.”

The Pride lanyards, tote-bags and badges are for sale in the University gift shop and online. A portion of the proceeds goes back to the LGBTQ+ Staff Network to support their events and activities.

The LGBTQ+ Staff Network organises different events throughout the year and is open to all University of Glasgow staff and postgraduate research students who identify as LGBTQ+.
