The call for proposals for presentations, interactive workshop sessions and digital posters at the 15th Annual University of Glasgow Learning and Teaching Conference is now open. This year’s theme is Inclusive Teaching and Assessment Practices.

The 2022 conference will take place online on Tuesday, 29 March. We still hope to host an on-campus event later in the year.

We welcome proposals for presentations, interactive workshops or digital posters which address the Conference theme, and which focus on one or more of the Conference sub-themes.

The Conference Theme: ‘Inclusive Teaching and Assessment Practices’

This theme will allow us to consider how we can provide coherent approaches to learning, teaching and assessment in response to increasing diversity on our university community.

The sub-themes are designed to expand on the overall conference theme and to help us to further embed the pillars of the current Learning and Teaching Strategy in our teaching and assessment practices, and to showcase how practitioners are achieving this.

Sub-themes

Student-centred, active and inclusive learning

  • Connecting learning and assessment to real-world challenges
  • Collaborative approaches to curriculum design and delivery
  • Flexible approaches to learning, teaching and assessment
  • Recognising the diverse needs of an international community

Full details will be available on the Conference website.
