Guides for using Microsoft Teams Voice
Teams Voice enables you to make, receive and transfer calls to and from desk phones and various devices, using your UofG phone extension number.
Please note that Teams Voice is being rolled out across campus, in phases. We will keep you updated and you will be notified in advance when you have access.
Settings
Includes: add and remove delegates, make a test call, set call answering rules, voicemail settings, out of office greeting, manage blocked numbers, turn on text telephone (TTY).
